Scale members receive an additional 5% off their sponsorship selection, on top of the standard multi-event discount.
The membership fee itself is never discounted and doesn't count toward the multi-event tier. Membership is billed annually, and its benefits stay active while your membership is current.

Excl. VATNo. Membership fees are exclusive of VAT. UK-incorporated companies are charged UK VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20%, on top of the amounts shown. VAT treatment for companies incorporated outside the UK depends on where you are established and is confirmed on your invoice.

Members onlyNo. cosmonauts events are not ticketed; attendance is through membership or sponsorship. Membership is the way to have your team in the room at every event across the year without sponsoring each one.
03Passes
1–2 namedBasic and Grow include 1 full-access delegate pass and Scale includes 2. Passes are named and issued per person, and cannot be swapped between colleagues. If you need more people in the room at a specific event, an event sponsorship package is the right route.
04Lists
1–2 weeks earlyFor events you sponsor, you receive the pre-event delegate list one week ahead, or two weeks ahead on Scale. Grow and Scale members also receive post-event attendee lists (company and job title).
