1. You tell us who you are

   Five questions about you and where you work. About two minutes.

2. A person reads it

   Every application is reviewed by our delegate team, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Busy weeks can run a little longer.

3. You hear back either way

   By email, whether or not there is a place for you. If another event in the calendar fits you better, we will say which one.

4. We hold your place

   You get your day confirmed. We use what you told us about food, allergies and access to plan it, and share it with the event team. The venue's caterers get only the total numbers for each requirement, never who needs what.
